FAQ

1.  Is there a cost for housing?  

Yes-$650 includes rent, utilities, new bedding, bath towels, lawn service.  

2.  Who is eligible? 

Sex offenders who are currently on supervision, or awaiting sentencing for sex offender charges.

3.  Are payment plans available?

Yes, with owner approval.

4.  Do I sign a lease?

No. You are a participant in a program, not a resident.  You sign the house rules instead of a lease and then a letter from TSH is provided to you for registration purposes. 

5.  Can I receive mail at either property?

No. Each participant must get a P.O. Box.

6.  How long can I stay?-

As long as you want as long as you pay the monthly rent and abide by the house rules.

7.  Will I have a roommate?

Yes.  All bedrooms are double occupancy.
