Transitional Housing Solutions (THS) opened to help fight the challenge of housing that most sex offenders face.  We offer shared rooms or private rooms that come furnished to accommodate your housing needs. All of THS houses are also in sex offender approved areas and are close city bus lines.  Currently, we serve the Kansas City, Kansas; Kansas City, Missouri; and Wichita, Kansas areas.   

Transitional Housing Solutions has been offering services since 2020 and works directly with Department of Corrections in all areas served.  See our FAQ page for information about our program and how we may help during this transition.

OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED

• The house manager coordinates the arrival to the house with Department of Corrections and then gets them acclimated with the bus stops and schedules before checking them into the house.  Participant is given instructions on the house, house rules, and expectations

• The house manager checks on each house on a weekly basis. 

• The house manager partners with community resources and has a resource board at each house to assist with the transition of being back in society.

• The house manager works closely with Probation and Parole to ensure participant success.
